Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and prognosis of atorvastatin statins in combination with aspirin in threatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Selected 80 cases with acute cerebral infarction were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given aspirin treatment, the observation group on the basis of the control group with atorvastatin combination therapy, the clinical efficacy and adverse occurrence were compared and analyzed of two groups. Results The observation group of the total effective rate was 92.5%,was significantly higher than that in the control group, the two groups had a significant difference(P 0.05).Changes in serum lipids of the observation group had a significantly change than the control group, with a significant difference(P 0.05).The two groups of patients were followed for 12 months after treatment, observation group 2 patients(5%) of recurrence of the control group,6 patients(15%) relapsed, two sets of relapse rate compared with a significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion atorvastatin treatment of acute cerebral infarction with aspirin can improve its clinical efficacy, and adverse reactions less worthy of promotion and application.
