Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical values of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:110 cases with ectopic pregnancy in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively, every case received transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound before operation, and the results were confirmed by pathological examination.Results:82 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by transabdominal ultrasound, and 106 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound according to ultrasound imaging characteristics;the coincidence of transvaginal ultrasound (96.3%) is significantly higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound (74.5%),there was significant difference (P 0.01) ;and the average time of diagnosis of transvaginal ultrasound was shorter than that of transabdominal ultrasound. Conclusion:Compared with transabdominal ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound is the favorite choice in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
