Abstract
Objective To investigate the resistance of Musca domestica and provide scientific basis for using insecticides. Methods Topical application method. Results The LD50 of Musca domestica to DDVP,chlorpyrifos,deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin were 0.074 1-0.101 1,0.054 2-0.184 1,0.017 3-0.119 0,0.081 2-0.186 0 μg/piece respectively, the relative resistance were 6.5-8.9,1.8-6.1,28.8-198.3,29.1-66.4.Conclusion Musca domestica had developed obvious resistance to deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,but the resistance to DDVP,chlorpyrifos are rather slow in Changchun city.
