Abstract
Objective To understand resistance of Musca domestica in Wuhan and provide basic information for using insecticides reasonably.Methods Topical application.Results Musca domestica had low resistance to DDVP,tetramethrin and plifenate.It had developed high resistance to deltamenthrin,cypermethrin and beta-cypermethrin.Conclusion It is essential to use insecticides reasonably based on the results of resistance investigation and promote integrated pest management.
