Abstract

The paper studies the relationship between Commercial Law and Economic Law, the regulation pattern of Civil Law and Commercial Law from the viewpoint that modern Commercial Law is transforming to Public Law. It points out that Commercial Law is very different from Economic Law and the relationship between Civil Law and Commercial Law is that of common law and special law.
