Effects analysis of carrying out "High-quality Care Demonstration Project" on nursing quality

Objective To explore the methods and effects of carrying out High-quality Care Demonstration .Methods The measures included developing implementation plans,amending assessment standards,strengthening management and monitoring,implementing informed supervision mechanisms,perfecting nursing supporting systems,phasing out the situation of family members attending life care,carrying out delamination nursing and responsibility contract systems.Results Compared with before,the passing rate of care quality and the satisfaction degree of patients were improved,and the incidence of adverse nursing events was reduced.The differences were all statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Carrying out High-quality Care Demonstration Project is beneficial to improve the quality of nurses and patients satisfaction.
