Efficacy of Isoglycyrrhizinate Magnesium on treatment of liver damage after blood tumor chemotherapy

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of Isoglycyrrhizinate Magnesium on treatment of liver damage after blood tumor chemotherapy.Methods Forty-five patients with abnormal liver function blood of cancer patients using Isoglycyrrhizinate Magnesium treatment were chosen.Changes in liver function before and after treatment were observed.Results Forty-five patients' liver function returned to normal,and the levels of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase decreased rapidly.Conclusion Isoglycyrrhizinate Magnesium injection of the drug-induced liver injury has good effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
