Study on Land Consolidation of Regional Differential and Countermeasure Based on Food Security——Taking Sichuan Province as an Example

In order to provide the scientific basis for reasonable drawing up the land consolidation plan goal and ensuring the food security,the situation of grain and cultivated land resources was analyzed,the land consolidation of regional differential and countermeasure was researched.The results of the study were:The cultivated quality was poor in Sichuan,the reserved cultivated land resources was deficient,the contradictions of land and population was increasingly acute,the food security issues became increasingly evident.In order to guarantee the food security,we should dig the cultivated area resources potential from the depth and improved the cultivated land comprehensive productivity,the land consolidation should give prominence to the rural residential area consolidation and rural land consolidation,and strengthened the improvement of low-medium yielding farmlands,in economically advanced and sharp contradiction between human and the land of Chengdu Plain District,as well as the hill areas of the basin.The land consolidation should give prominence to return the grain plots to forest,control water and sand,gradually improve ecological environment,carry out and strengthen the land arrangement and reclaim planning in economical comparatively backward region of the southwest mountain and mountain in week of the basin and plateau district of high mountain in the northwest of Sichuan.It was emphased in entire province to strengthen the rural residential area consolidation of Chengdu Plain District,land consolidation engineering of Karst physiognomy farmland,smelting sulphur infectant land,land reclaiming and land exploiting in Panxi region,land arrangement and reclamation,ecological restoration and reconstruction in earthquaked area.
