Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of treating helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis(HP) in the integrative medicine.Method:84 cases of patients with chronic gastritis were divide into 3 groups randomly, they were treated with TCM Hewei pills,Western medicine(Bismuth Pectin+omeprazole+amoxicillin+gentamicin),and in the integrative medicine respectively.Result:Evaluate the efficacy after 5 weeks, the results showed that the HP eradication rate of for 60%,clinically significant effect rate for 72% TCM,the HP eradication rate of for 89%,clinically significant effect rate for 89.8% of integrative medicine. Conclusion:Treating HP-related gastritis in the integrative medicine had good HP eradication rate, and also had better effect of impoving clinical symptom.
