Abstract
The contents of trace elements in red and green tea's boiled water were determined by Atom-absorption spectrometry. The results showed that there were rich mineral elements and essential trace elements for human body in tea's boiled water. There were more Mn?Ni in green tea's boiled water than in red tea's ,and teas in different places had different contents of trace elements. There were much more trace elements in the first boiled water than in the second.
