Abstract

The content of Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Ca,Mg and K in tobacco leaf was determinated by microwave digestion-flame AAS method. The method is quick, simple and precise. The RSD was 0.1%~8.3%, and the recovery rate was 94%~106%.;
