Analysis of Benefits and Risk of Logistics Outsourcing

Abstract

In order to enhance their competitive power,modern enterprise often divest non-core business and use logistics outsourcing,While it brings benefit,logistics outsourcing also carries risks.Firstly the paper the status quo of logistics outsourcing,then analyses the benefits of outsourcing logistics,the potential risks as well as factors constraining the development of logistics outsourcing.This shows that logistics outsourcing is a long,tortuous process.
