An Analysis of Economic Factors on Balanced Allocation of Teacher Resources in Compulsory Education——Taking Guangxi M County for an Example

That the allocation of resources between urban and rural teachers is not balanced is an outstanding problem in compulsory education.There is a huge difference in the allocation of resources between the rural and urban primary and secondary school teachers, seriously affecting the balanced development of education.In this paper,taking Guangxi M County for an example,through considering the influence of resources allocation,it uses the empirical analysis,adopting appropriate measures to promote teacher resources between urban and rural areas in a balanced configuration.
