Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical applications of the psychological intervention for patients undergoing preoperative anxiety.Method:120 surgical patients aged 18-40 years old adult(no mental disorder) from obstetric surgery and general surgery patients were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 60 patients.The control group patients carried routine preoperative visit.Experimental group patients carried anxiety assessment,measurement and psychological intervention based on the routine preoperative visit.Result:The preoperative blood pressure and heart rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P0.05).SAS score results showed the experimental group were 3 cases of severe anxiety,moderate anxiety in 5 cases,10 cases of mild anxiety,and control group of 10 cases of severe anxiety,moderate anxiety 18 cases,24 cases of mild anxiety there was a significant difference in two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Surgical intervention in patients with anxiety in the establishment and implementation mechanisms can fully relieve anxiety in surgical patients with psychological pressure to ensure that mental health patients during surgery and early rehabilitation,in addition,it also can improve the quality of life of patients after surgery and life satisfaction,and promote patient communication,and promote primary health care units to enhance the quality of service.
