Abstract

Objective To summarize the clinical prognosis of myomectomy during cesarean section.Methods 35 pregnant patients who received myomectomy while cesarean section from Jan 2006 to Dec 2011 in our hospital were were analyzed.30 healthy pregnant worked as control group.Results Smooth surgery,surgical success rate of 100%,during and after surgery had no complications..Conclusion Selective cesarean section and uterine fibroid myomectomy is a safe and reliable operation,can reduce a patient's medical expenses,should be promoted.
