Abstract
The author studies how to control the cost in the management of the construction project from the aspects of the problems needing attention of the project cost and the control measures of the each link in the construction process,points out that only controlling the cost in the whole construction process,the project management targets can be completely realized,and to improve the economic benefit of the enterprise.
