Abstract

The national resource-based economic transformation the comprehensive reform pilot area of Shanxi Province was officially approved in December 2010.This paper expounds the opportunities and challenges faced by Shanxi’s scientific and technological work under the background of transformation and comprehensive reform,analyzes the present situation of and problems existing in scientific and technological work,and based on the overall arrangement of the transformation and comprehensive reform of whole Shanxi,puts forward some suggestions and measures for promoting the scientific and technological work.
