Abstract
Using water as solvent,baicalin was extracted with the cooperation of microwave. The optimal technological conditions were obtained as follows.Extract 2 times with the cooperation of microwave (mass ratio of water to material 15∶1,time 6 min,microwave power 680 W),then filter and regulate the pH of the filtrate to 1-2 with 15% hydrochloric acid to deposit completely.The residue is filtered,washed with water and alcohol and dried.Crude product of baicalin is obtained in 66% yield and of 863% purity.Compared with traditional water extraction,the microwave extraction of baicalin is a rapid method with higher yield.
