Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction conditions of baicalin from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by microwave. Methods The content of baicalin was served as indicating index, and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. Results The optimal microwave condition was as follows:the feed-liquid rate was 1∶15;the ethanol concentration was 70%,the extraction time was 5 min and the extraction temperature was 90℃. Conclusion The extraction of baicalin from S.baicalensis by microwave is rapid and efficient.
