Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of preemptive analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil(1 mg/kg) and parecoxib(40 mg) on the pain after surgery for patients who were undergoing nasal enfoscopic surgery. Methods:Sixty cases with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ class scheduled for selective nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into K,F and P groups(n=20).Flurbiprofen axetil(1 mg/kg) was used intravenously 15 minutes before the induction of genera anesthesia in group F,Parecoxib(40 mg) was used intravenously 15 minutes before the induction of genera anesthesia in group P,while group K without premedication.Monito index general state:sex, age, weight, operation time;visual analogue scale(VAS) pain scores at 15 min,30 min,1 h,2 h after surgery,Adverse reactions after surgery. Results:General state There were no significant difference of age, weight and operation time among the three groups(P0.05).VAS of group F and group P was lower than group K at 15 min,30 min,1 h,2 h after surgery(P0.05).There was no significant differences of VAS between group F and group P(P0.05).Rate of Adverse reactions of group F and group P was significant lower than group K(P0.05).There was no significant differences of the rate between group F and group P(P0.05).Conclusion:Flurbiprofen axetil(1 mg/kg) and parecoxib(40 mg) for preemptive analgesia in patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery can significantly reduce the pain after surgery. It can significantly reduce the rate of adverse reactions after surgery. To compare with flurbiprofen axetil(1 mg/kg) and parecoxib(40 mg),it was similar in treatment effect.
