Abstract
Objective To evaluate the outcomes of attachment denture prosthesis in treatment of patient with dentition defect.Methods Thirty patients provided with fixed-removable partial denture were followed-up for 1to 3years.Results In thirty patients,abutment of secondary cary in 1 case,in 3 patients the denture were giving soft relining after 15 months.The removable denture part fracture in 1 case.Good retention and stability of the restoration were achieved;Masticatory function and esthetic effects were recovered satisfactorily.Conclusions Attachment denture is an effective method for patients with dentition defect.
