Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effects of clinical application of ERA attachment denture on Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect. Methods 27 cases that were not satisfied with traditional removable denture were replaced by REA attachment denture. Results 27(100%) cases were satisfied with the new dentures. 1(3%) ERA denture failed but it was repaired quickly and easily. Conclusion ERA attachment denture was better than the traditional removable denture on Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect.
