The effect observation of Losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of mild,medium hypertension

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of mild,medium hypertension.Methods 66 cases of patients with mild,medium hypertension in the hospital were randomly divided into control group 1,control group 2 and treatment group,each of 22 cases,by using random,double blind and parallel-controlled approach.The control group 1 was treated with indapamide;the control group 2 was treated with Losartan Potassium;the treatment group was treated with Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide.Compare the antihypertensive efficacy of 3 groups and observe the adverse reactions.Results The clinical markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group1,2;the blood pressure of the 3 groups after treatment was lower than before treatment,and the blood pressure of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group 1,2,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The ambulatory blood pressure monitoring of the treatment group before and after treatment showed that the T/P ratio of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure are 72.9% and 55.8% respectively.Conclusion Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide has good collaborate effect towards light and moderate essential hypertension,which can help to enhance the effectiveness of depressurization and has smooth effect and good safety.
