Analysis of surgical treatment in 136 cases with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Abstract

Objective To investigate the operative indication?operative methods and efficacy of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 136 cases with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage received operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results Using bone flap craniotomy plus removing bone flap decompression and minor bone window craniotomy.Among them,83 cases were cured.13 cases were disable,14 cases were in vegetable status and 26 cases died. Conclusion If minimally invasive technigue and individualized therapeutic principle are used correctly,it can improve the cure rate,and reduce mortality,disable rate for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
