Analysis of the Surgical Treatment of 80 Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of different surgical operation methods on the curative effects of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods The large trauma craniotomy and small bone window craniotomy were used for 80 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage from March 2007 to June 2010 in our hospital and the effects were analyzed.Results After the treatment,all the 80 cases were followed up for more than six months.According to the GCS evaluation,plants survival was found in one case(1.2%),severe disability was found in six patients(7.5%),middle disability was found in 21 cases(26%),and effectiveness in 50 cases(62%),death in 2 cases(2.5%).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The surgical treatment to patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage should be carefully chosen.
