Abstract
Poetry translation is,in the final analysis,aesthetic translation.This paper,explores the aesthetic requirements of poetry translation—satisfaction of psychological expectation of readers,timely innovation in form,selection of moving materials,readily understandable wording,etc.,then,puts forward the viewpoint that translators should use these aesthetic requirements to guide poetry translation practice.
