Abstract
Higher vocational mathematics teaching reform puts forward the new demands related to mathematics teachers'teaching,mathematics teachers'quality and ability of ascension are the key to the success of teaching reform.By the scientific self-reflection,continuous learning,and the increasing use of modern education technologies,mathematics teacher will effectively promote the reform of higher vocational mathematics teaching and conduct smoothly.
