Abstract

Objective To explore misoprostol for the prevention of clinical effect of uterine atony bleeding in cesarean section. Methods Randomly selected hospital normal full-term pregnancy and cesarean section delivery maternal 120 cases, the patients were randomLy divided into observation group and control group 60 cases were used to misoprostol and oxytocin for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage treatment, postpartum hemorrhage and adverse reactions were observed. Results All patients after treatment showed contractions enhanced misoprostol group significantly reduced the incidence of bleeding than the oxytocin group. Conclusion Misoprostol for treatment of the uterine inertia hemorrhage, the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage affirmed.
