Abstract
Using MAS(MgO-Al2O3-SiO2) series glass-ceramics as functional phase, which has wide applied outlook in the field of Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic(LTCC), the effects of particle size, glass powder contents and contents of varies organic components on rheological behaviors and dispersing stability of tape-casting slurry were systemically studied. The results show that when the D50 of choiced powder is 2.23 μm, φ(glass powder) is 20 %~25 %, φ(binder) is 15.5 %~19 %, the R value (the ratio of plasticizer to binder) is 0.65, and φ(dispersant /powder) is 4.8 %, the slurry viscosity is suitable, and its dispersing stability is well.
