Abstract

A determination method was established for oleanolic acid and malol by HPLC.The chromatographic column was C18(4.6mm×250mm, 5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile: 1.4% phosphorus acid(72∶28),the flow rate was 1.5mL·min-1 and the detection wave-length was set at 210nm,the column temperature was 30℃.The results showed that the average recovery of oleanolic acid and malol were 97.30% and 97.71%.RSD was 2.42% and 2.33%.The method is suitable fos the determination of oleanolic acid and malol.
