Abstract

Objective To identify a specific blood group found in the inspection process,and the results were analyzed. Methods The blood group is typed by positive and reverse ABO blood typing. Absorption-elution test and the blood-group substance test are added in light of actual needs. PCR-SSP was used to detect the ABO cisAB and B( A) genotyping,then continues to sequence the gene to analysis the sequence. Results B( A) 02 gene was found,and serological response shown the same result. Conclusion molecular biology method( e. g. PCR-SSP) can be aided verify the result when the ABO serological type does not match the sample.
