The paper starts from the status and problems of the eco-city construction in China in the,is discussed the issue about the water short-term,industrial distribution and sewage treatment capacity the seriousness.On the basis,advanced policy approaches by China's ecological construction in the city and reasonable use of water resources,including city water system planning,industrial layout adjustment,improve water-saving technology,as well as the right to development of urban water market.
