Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Buspirone and Alprazolam in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods:78 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into Busprione group(39 cases) and Alprazolam group(39 cases),Curative effect and adverse reactions wer evaluated using the SAS,HAMA and TESS.Results:Buspirone and Alprazolam curative effect quite,Buspirone than Alprazolam fewer side effects and light.Conclusion:Buspirone is safe and effective for treating generalized anxiety disorder,fewer adverse reactions.
