From the perspective of time to study Sima Qian's outlook on life,it is obvious to see that Sima Qian appraises the social value of historical figures by the standards of their promotion to the development of society and their influence on the history.Making Great Achievements is the essence of Sima Qian's outlook on life.This outlook is actually the elites' views on life.
