Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical significance of D-Dimer detection by immunol nephelometry in early disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC) diagnosis. Methods The levels of D-Dimer were analysed by immunol nephelometry methods in 30 cases of DIC patients,20 cases of DIC suspected patients and 140 cases of non DIC patients. Results The levels of D-Dimer in DIC patients group were much higher than those of in normal control group(P0.01);the levels of D-Dimer in 8 cases suspected DIC patients who developed typical DIC in-creased gradually and decreased gradually after were treated;the levels of D-Dimer in those patients who were not changed to the DIC maintained low. Conclusion As a early DIC diagnostic index,D-Dimer detection has important clinical value.
