Abstract

【Objective】To evaluate the diagnostic value of color doppler sonography for Budd-Chiari syndrome(BCS).【Methods】22 cases of BCS were examined by color doppler sonography and confirmed by inferior cavography. The results were analyzed retrospectively.【Results】15 cases had membranous obstruction,5 cases had thrombosis obstruction,2 casee involved three hepatic vines only.Among them,21 cases were confirmed by color doppler sonography, and 1 case was missed diagnosised. The accurate rate of color doppler sonography was 95 %.【Conclusions】Color doppler sonography could clearly reveal the vascular position of vascular obstruction, degree and extent, and it is noninvasive and cheap. It should be firstly selected as the diagnostic method for BCS.
