Abstract
Objective To study color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome and its application value. Methods The findings of color Doppler ultrasound and inferior venacavography in thirty-seven patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome were analyzed retrospectively. Results Thirty-seven patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome were confirmed by color Doppler ultrasound. Ten cases were of the block in hepatic vein, and the other twenty-seven patients were of the block in inferior vena cava. Conclusion Color Doppler sonography may be the first choice for the diagnosis of budd-Chiari syndrome. It can clearly reveal the vessel obstruction site, pattern,as well as guide the clinical treatment and observe the surgical result.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
