Deconstruction and Reconstruction: Research on Interior Power Structure of University

The research on power system in universities attracts more attention gradually,but there are some paradoxes at logic level in many theories about university power.In this article,interior power structure of university are reconstructed based on transfer theory.As official power in university,the administrative authority system mainly origins from the transfer of the government authority(political party power),the academic power,the market power and so on,which is a contingency power system.
