Abstract
Through supervising elite wrestlers of Wuhan Institution of Physical Education who were participating in the 11th National Games of China,we found that the intensity of the general strength training method,speed strength and strength endurance training method were different,the strength endurance training was the highest,the speed training was moderate and the general training was the lowest.We suggest that the strength training should swish the metal discs,deep squat then push the discs flat orderly during every training course,in order to ensure the training effect.
