On Construction of the Educational and Teaching Quality Management Guarantee System of the Non-governmental Institution of Higher Learning

With the popularization of our higher education,the higher educational quality guarantee has become a focal point people follow and study with interest.As a component part of our higher education,the non-governmental higher education must pay more attention to its educational and teaching quality that is essential to its survival and bears upon a series of realistic links of the enrolment and employment of students,etc.Based on the connotation and construction of the educational and teaching quality management guarantee system of non-governmental higher education,the paper expounds the status quo of the educational and teaching quality of the present non-governmental institutions of higher learning and points out the six major parts of educational and teaching quality of the present non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
