Analysis on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of College Students Employment

The difficulty of college students' finding job lies in that the employment market imperfect,specialized courses and fostering mode unsuitable for the market,the views of some college students in employment out-ofdate and so on.The employment problem of college students should be resolved through three aspects: The society should perfect the employment market system,the colleges should adapt themselves to the society,The most of all is that the college students should throw themselves into the employment market.
