Analyzing Employment Difficulties of College Students and Guiding Strategy Study

In the time of economic downturn all over the world,the group of college students who lack of work experience suffer from employment impact firstly,which is the normal situation under the condition of market economy.Therefore,we cannot avoid it,but we have to face the challenge.This paper analyzes in three aspects,including the employment condition of college students,the problem of college students,and the strategy of college students with a view for college students' employment,choosing job and creating job to provide a good reference.
