Abstract

At present,college students are faced with a serious situation when looking for jobs.Based on the employment of college students of GUT,taking the supply and demand of the employment as the main thread,analyzing the features of college students' employment and the requirement of employing units,this paper contributes to expanding the thoughts on employment,broadening the vision of employment,and fulfilling the employment of college graduate well and conscientiously.
