Experience of nursing care on hemoperfusion plus hemodialysis for treating uremic cutaneous pruritus

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and nursing care of hemoperfusion(HP) plus hemodialysis(HD) on treating uremic cutaneous pruritus for improving the quality of life.Methods:20 cases of regular hemodialysis were performed 2-3 times a week.HA-type resin hemoperfusion apparatus was added for series hemodialysis,2-4 times a month.Results:The effect of HP plus HD for treating uremic cutaneous pruritus was obvious.Conclusion:HP plus HD treatment is one of?effective means to solve cutaneous pruritus of uremic patients,and makes up the shortages of simple hemodialysis.
