Clinical Observation of Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Irbesartan on the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

Objective: To comparatively study the curative effect of hydrochlorothiazide tablets and irbesartan tablets in treating patients with essential hypertension.Method: A retrospective study on data of 96 cases essential hypertension,all patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group with 48 cases,consumed hydrochlorothiazide tablets,and the comparison grou,48 patients used irbesartan tablets for treatment,after treatment for clinical curative effect of two sets of patients were compared and analyzed.Result: The treatment group was obviously higher than the comparison group in curative effect,and the difference was apparent,There's statistically significance(P 0.05).Conclusion: Hydrochlorothiazide tablets is significantly better in treating essential hypertension than irbesartan tablets of curative effect,and it has little side effect,for patients who want to lower one's blood pressure,but have to use a medicine combination,it is a rational selection.
