Abstract
Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound on patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods Fifty-five patients with acute pancreatitis were enrolled into the observation group. They were detected through color Doppler ultrasound and CT.Forty patients who had bellyache without pancreatitis were enrolled into the control group. Results The main performances through color Doppler ultrasound were the pancreatitis volume increases and changes in the internal echo. There were thirty-six patients with acute edematous pancreatitis and nineteen patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis.Color Doppler ultrasound detection rate was 92.7%,CT detection rate of 94.5%,no significant difference(χ2=0.1526,P = 0.6961 0.05).The maximum speed of the arterial blood flow in the duodenum of patients with acute pancreatitis maximum speed of blood flow was significantly lower than the control group,a statistically significant difference(t = 2.0191,P 0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis for acute pancreatitis were with high accuracy,non-invasive,the economic advantages of an important clinical diagnostic value.
