Abstract
Objective:To study the treatment mechanics and appraise the camouflage effects of correction to skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion in adults by MEAW technique.Metheds:11 cases were selecteel, and Cephalometric and tracing was made before and after treatment. Results:Class Ⅲ relationship in occlusion was corrected,ANB and SnNsBs increased by 2° and 4° respectively,ODI enlarged,APDI decreased. Conclusion:Changes in occlusional plane and uprighting of dentition improve soft profile significantly.
