Abstract

The core of quality-oriented education is to cultivate students' creative minds and practical abilities. In order to carry out the quality-oriented education better, we need more qualified teachers who conform to the requirement and have a perfect mastery of professional work. So teachers should enhance their qualities step by step. Meantime, aimed at the characteristics of quality-oriented education, a school should strengthen the teachers' cultivation. In the course of carrying out quality-oriented education, students' families and society play an important role that is not to be ignored. So it is necessary for quality-oriented education to develop an extensive educational environment.
