Observation of curative effect of early physical rehabilitation training on patients with cerebrovascular disease

Abstract

Objective:To observe the limb motor function recovery of early rehabilitation training on patients with acute cerebrovascular disease,and then influence to activities of daily living capacity.Methods:128 cases of acute disease,for the first time hospitalization with acute cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (n=68) and control group (n=608.control group patients were received conventional medical treatment of brain diseases,and the rehabilitation group at the same time early rehabilitation training.Two groups patients in the treatment of pre-treatment 21 days after the first neurological function (ESS),Barthel Index (BI) assessment.Results:3 weeks after the rehabilitation group and control group before treatment than those ESS decreased (P0.05),but the decline in the level of ESS rehabilitation group was significantly lower than the control group (P0.01).The rehabilitation group were significantly higher BI score,the difference was significant (P0.05).Conclusion:The early rehabilitation training has higher clinical significance and practical value on the prevention of acute cerebrovascular disease secondary barriers to prevent limb joint contractures,reduce disability,improve quality of life.
