Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of combined rehabilitation for treatment of patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups: rehabilitation group(39 cases) and control group(41 cases).Routine treatment was given in two groups. The rehabilitation group was received combined rehabilitation treatment after stable pathogenetic condition was obtained, performed with Bobath methods, motorrelearning programme(MRP) and stimulation of skin.Neurologic impairment scoring were conducted in two groups and clinical efficacy was compared. Results The total effective rate in rehabilitation group was obviously higher than control group(P0.05).Score of neurologic impairment in rehabilitation group was obviously lower than that in control group(P0.05).Scores of FMA and ADL in rehabilitation group were obviously higher than those in control group(P0.01).Conclusion The early combined rehabilitation may improve the functional status in acute stroke patients, decrease disuse syndrome, improve functional recovery of the affected limbs, decrease dependency level of patients and increase curative effects of cerebrovascular disease.
